WORKING WITH BRIDGES HEALTH

From digital claim submission to ongoing proactive communications, Bridges Health understands the importance of partnering with organizations to ensure a smooth experience for their employees and leaders.

We are committed to working collaboratively with all levels of an organization and being both proactive and responsive when challenges arise to maintain a strong, ongoing relationship. There are several ways we work with our partner organizations.

Understanding customer priorities and key opportunities. Review how the service or program is performing and the alignment with the priorities of the organization.

Regular key stakeholder review to establish integration of policy or change in workplace procedures that affect case management practice and ensure optimal employee and organizational experience.

Configuring of the Bridges Health software solution, WorkWorld360 to optimize communication, insights, outcomes, and reporting that are important to the organization.

Ongoing discussion of industry and organization best practice options for consideration, including wellness and health promotion, mental health, and other opportunities to support the customer’s employees.

Senior leadership sponsor as a single point of contact to resolve any concerns that arise and provide an executive-level link between organizations.

PROCESS

At Bridges Health, our case management process is powered by WorkWorld360, a software solution that streamlines the process, ensures security, and improves transparency through real-time reporting. Cases are submitted and accessed through role-based permissions, and it’s easy to identify the owner.

Once a case referral is received, Bridges Health will first contact the employer/insurer to obtain any additional insight/background and then make contact with the claimant within 48 hours.

An initial assessment is completed with a full analysis of all the available information and determination is made on next steps within 5 days of the referral.

At the earliest opportunity, Bridges Health will engage the employer in an accommodation or return to work planning discussion to review the structure or opportunities that might be possible.

Contact is maintained regularly and during an accommodation or return to work plan Bridges Health continue to be fully involved to ensure a successful return to full hours and duties.

With confirmation from our employer partner, a case is closed with a successful return to work, or alternate reasons for file closure. A communication to both employer/insurer and employee, complete the action on the case.
